Work included the adaptive reuse of a former elementary school building for use as a mental health clinic and counselling offices.

This two-story building included entrances at two levels and rooms used for restraint which presented difficult issues of use separation and life safety that required complicated negotiations with the building and fire departments for approval. Included in the project were disabled access modifications to both floors and creation of counseling offices, conference rooms, reception areas, and a pharmacy for patients.
