Lerner + Associates Archiects work on the John McMullen House in San Francisco, The Alameda County Courthouse, and the Del Mar Theater in Santa Cruz won Design Awards from the California Preservation Foundation.

The Del Mar Theater was awarded a 2002 Preservation Design Award by the Art Deco Society of California, as well as the Governor's Award.

California Preservation Foundation Design Award Recipient for the Preservation Element of the Sacramento General Plan in 2001

Sacramento Old City Association and the Fainted Ladies Task Force Award recognizing work during Vincent Marsh’s tenure as the the Sacramento Preservation Director in the Adoption of the Preservation Ordinance in 2001.

Commendation by the Board of Supervisors for Vincent Marsh's thirteen years of service to the City and County of San Francisco as a Preservation Planner with the Planning Department presented on September 24, 1999.

Proclamation presented on September 24, 1999, by Bruce D. Judd, FAIA, President of the Board of Directors of San Francisco Architectural Heritage recognizing and highlighting career achivements of Vincent Marsh as a Preservation Planner with the Planning Department of the City and County of San Francisco.
