Lerner + Associates were retained by the City of Davis Community Development Department to assess the existing level of access to individuals with disabilities at the historic Varsity Theater which will operate both as a movie theater and a live performance stage.  The report also provided possible solutions to remedy elements that did not meet code requirements. These included the box office, a sensitive historic element, the restrooms, seating, stage access and dressing rooms.        Lerner + Associates were retained by Joie de Vivre Hospitality to assess the existing level of access to individuals with disabilities at the Commodore Hotel and Laurel Inn in San Francisco. The report also provided possible solutions to remedy elements that did not meet code requirements. These included entrance to the hotels, parking, lobby access, and private rooms.
